Bhopal (New World Representative). Despite the fall in the wholesale prices of oil and pulses, there is no effect of the fall in the retail market. The situation is that the toor dal which is being sold at Rs 95 to 98 per kg in the wholesale market of the capital goes up to Rs 120 to 130 per kg when it reaches the customers. Same is the case with soybean oil. Profits up to Rs 10 are being earned from customers on one kg of oil. Due to lack of control on prices, profiteering has increased. In such a situation, the pockets of the customers are being cut.

In the Corona curfew, the district administration had allowed about 150 small and big grocery shops to do home delivery of goods, while the retail shops in the city alone are more than six thousand. In such a situation, many shopkeepers sold goods at arbitrary prices. If the price of oil was taken up to Rs 170 a kg, then the prices of toor dal, gram flour, sugar, tea leaves, groundnut, sago, flour etc. also increased. Despite the lifting of restrictions on grocery shops in curfew, there has been no significant reduction in the price.

MP Sports News: After the process of unlocking starts in the districts, sports activities will be started gradually.
