Bhopal News: Facility to get RTO related work done from help desk

Bhopal News: Bhopal (Navdunia representative). The Transport Department had set up a help desk at the regional and district transport offices across the state including the capital. In order to run it more smoothly, the Transport Commissioner has given strict instructions to the RTO and DTO. The Transport Commissioner has clearly said that people coming to any regional and district transport offices for permanent driving license, registration of vehicles, transfer, NOC and other RTO related works should not be disturbed. Their work should be done on time, which have created help decks. It is mandatory for an employee to sit in it, so that people can be helped on time. People should not have to wander in the transport offices. Recently, Transport Commissioner Mukesh Jain has held a meeting in Gwalior. In which all RTOs and DTOs of the state including Bhopal came. One by one, Transport Commissioner Jain asked the RTO and DTO about the complaints coming to the help desk. How many complaints were received and how many complaints were resolved by the help desk. RTO and DTO presented the information about the help desk operated in their respective offices. In the coming times, he talked about strengthening the help desk for the convenience of the people. Transport Commissioner Jain also got information about the complaints coming in the CM Helpline. Asked to resolve the complaints of CM Helpline immediately. There should not be a single pending complaint of CM helpline. If complaints of any RTO and DTO’s CM Helpline are received, strict action will be taken against them.
