Mayor Malti Rai reached the helpline center and interacted with the officers and employees and got to know the details of the complaints. Most of the complaints are coming from old age pension, Samagra ID, BCLL buses, cleanliness, water supply etc. Conversed with The one who had filed a complaint that his mother-in-law is not getting old age pension.
