Bhopal Railway News: Bhopal, Navdunia representative. Rail passengers will be able to complete the journey between the capital Bhopal and Delhi from June 17 in less time. Railway is restoring the service of Shatabdi Express from this day. Due to Corona infection, the railways had suspended its operation. This express train will run on old numbers only. At present all the train numbers are starting from zero.
Let us inform that Mail and Express train completes the journey between Habibganj or say Bhopal to Delhi in 10 to 13 hours, while Shatabdi Express covers the same distance in 8.55 hours.
Vijay Prakash, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Bhopal Railway Division said that Train No. 2002 New Delhi – Habibganj Shatabdi Express will leave New Delhi station at 6 am, will reach Bhopal at 2.07 pm and Habibganj at 2.40 pm. Train No. 12001 Habibganj – New Delhi Shatabdi Express will depart Habibganj station at 3.15 pm, reach Bhopal at 3.27 pm and New Delhi station at 11.50 pm. Shatabdi Express will run in both the directions with stoppages at Mathura Junction, Agra Cantt, Morena, Gwalior, Jhansi, Lalitpur and Bhopal stations. This train will have 18 coaches including two AC executive class, 14 AC chair car, two generator car.
