DAVV Indore: After seven years self-financing teachers get promotion, open envelopes
DAVV Indore: Indore (Naiduniya Representative). After a long wait, self-financing teachers of various schools of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya were promoted. On Tuesday, Vice Chancellor Dr. Renu Jain handed over promotion letters to teachers, in which some teachers were made professors from readers. While Gaya, some associate professors have been made. The grades of three teachers have been increased. All these teachers were waiting for the last seven years to open their envelopes. This includes most of the teachers of IMA, IIPS, IET.
Actually, 2012- 72 Many teachers were to be promoted. These self-finance teachers posted in self-finance departments got benefits due to the rules of Career Advancement Scheme (CASE), but after three and a half years in August
Interviews were conducted regarding their promotion. Dr. Kapil Sharma, Dr. NK Totla, Dr. Manishkant Arya, Dr. Geeta Nema, Dr. Geeta Sharma, Dr. Manish Sitlani, Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Dr. Preeti Singh, Dr. Surendra Malviya, Dr. Muskan Karamchandani, Dr. Gaurav Purohit, Dr. Yamini Karmarkar, Dr. Nagendra Sohni, Dr. Maninder Singh Saluja, Santosh Choubey, Dr. Nishabano Sidhki.
Objection was raised regarding promotion, so the matter was stuck Objected to it. Argued that self-financing teachers do not come under the purview of the case. The complaint was made from the Raj Bhavan to the Higher Education Department. A member of the executive council of the university also filed a petition in the court. Due to this, the University did not open their promotion envelopes despite completing the interview process.
Two months ago, the Higher Education Department gave the green signal to open the promotion envelopes. The university placed the government’s letter in this regard in the executive council meeting. On the basis of that the promotion envelopes of these teachers were opened. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Renu Jain said that the letter related to promotion was handed over to all the teachers.
