The operators are also finding it difficult to meet the expenses. There are 350 permits surrendered at the Regional Transport Office. Operators have not taken permits to avoid tax losses. There is silence even at the bus stands. At the same time, there has been relief for the people due to the resumption of operation of the trains which were stopped during the Karena period. Most of the trains are now running on the track again.
