Gwalior Vaccination News: Gwalior, New Dunia representative. The government machinery may be claiming to be concerned about the backwardness of vaccination, but in reality the problem lies in its home. The major reasons for its backwardness came to the fore that the health department is still holding the session, the sessions are less. At the same time, 10 to 15 thousand vaccinations are expected in a day, but there is no availability of that much vaccine. There was no vaccine to send Dabra on Monday. The third major reason is that the heat is strong and people are reaching nearby centers in the morning to get the vaccine, but the staff is reaching till 11 am. If these problems are not rectified, then trouble may increase for Gwalior. However, on Monday, the administrative officers and incident commanders came out for vaccination and inspired people to get the vaccine by getting the Munadi done.
Officers warned – only after getting the vaccine installed, you will be able to park: The district administration has now taken vaccination on the first target, so at present, all the officials have been asked to focus only on vaccination. On Monday, the Incident Commander and other officers made Munadi in the dense areas of Murar and Hazira and hurriedly sent people to get the vaccine. At the same time, people were warned that shops and hand carts would be allowed only when vaccination was done.
People lying to BLO in the survey: A door-to-door survey is being conducted through BLO’s through voter list to confirm the vaccination has been done. In this, one tick is placed on the first dose and two ticks are placed on the second. People are saying yes even after not getting the vaccine, many such cases are coming.
That’s why vaccination in Gwalior is slowing down:
Staff arriving late by two hours: To get the vaccine, the staff is not reaching the centers on the scheduled time in the morning, people have to wait. There is a delay of two hours and people hesitate to leave the house after morning due to high heat. The health department is not monitoring it.
Vaccine quota too low: Vaccination figures are low in Gwalior and more vaccination is being done in other cities. This is the reason why there is an effort to increase the figures, but even the availability of vaccine is not enough that extra should be given everywhere.
Avoiding Coveshield: It is seen at the centers that people are asking for co-vaccine where Kovishield is kept in reserve. Cat’s vaccination failed on Monday. There were 800 coveshields kept here, but people wanted to get co-vaccine.
Reserve 30-40 thousand doses: If the number of vaccination is to be increased from 10 to 15 thousand or more in a day in the district, then twice this vaccine should be in reserve. So that the vaccine should not end until people keep coming to the center where the response increases.
Continuous efforts are being made to increase the number of vaccinations. Vaccine availability is also there. The campaign has been intensified with the cooperation of the administration. Our teams are also working to make people aware and take them out of their homes. The vaccination campaign will intensify in a few days.
