It has been asked to take measures like making arrangements for water supply, hand pump and ensuring the facility of tap connection. It is to be known that toilets have been built in many schools but they are not being used due to lack of water. In some schools, the toilets have been kept locked so that it cannot be dirty. The lock of the toilet is opened only during the inspection of the officers. In such a situation, students have to defecate in the open under compulsion, many children are forced to go home from school for defecation.
