In the petition filed by Siddiq Khan, a resident of Tikamgarh, it was said that in the year 1935, 7 acres of land in Jatara Tikamgarh was registered in the name of graveyard. In the year 1964-65, a person got that land offered in his name. After this the land was sold to another person. Now construction work is being done on that land. Advocate Ahadullah Usmani argued that graves, minarets and domes are present on that land, from this it is clear that there was a graveyard there. After the hearing, the Division Bench has passed a status quo order on the construction on the graveyard land.
