Jabalpur, New Dunia Rep. The court of Additional Sessions Judge GC Mishra rejected the bail application of Narendra Singh Thakur, a resident of Amanpur, who black-marketed Remdesivir injection. The court said in its order that if the benefit of bail is given in such a case, a wrong message will be sent to the society.

According to the prosecution, the Omati police received information that a person was black marketing Remdesivir injection. The police arrested Narendra Singh Thakur from the spot on May 13, 2021. Two Remdesivir injections were recovered from him.

The accused told during interrogation that he was given injections by the nurse Shahjahan Begum of Bombay Hospital. The police produced the accused in the court, from where he was sent to jail. On behalf of the accused, it was submitted that the police had falsely implicated him. AGP Arvind Jain argued that there is strong evidence of black marketing of Remdesivir injection by the accused. As such, his bail application should be rejected. After the hearing, the court rejected the bail application of the accused.

Till now, no basic facility has been provided to the lawyers by the state government. Because of this, lawyers and their family members are forced to stumble from hospital to hospital for treatment like ordinary citizens. The deposits of many lawyers were spent in the name of treatment. In such a situation, the management of the household is in trouble. The situation is even worse due to the closure of advocacy. Advocates Shivkumar Sharma, Anand Singh, Sunil Tiwari, Harshit Patel, Manoj Singh, Sanjay Prakash Verma, Santosh Rajak, Ramkishore Patel, Surendra Khare, Pratibha Mishra, PS Chauhan, Manju Pillai and others were among the lawyers who submitted the memorandum.
