Corona curfew has been implemented in the capital till May 10 to break the Corona chain. It is now being considered to extend it to 17 May. A meeting of the District Disaster Management Committee has been held in the coming days to extend the period of Corona curfew. In which the members of the committee together can decide what restrictions will be imposed on increasing the Corona curfew till 17 May and some essential services should be given some concession.

It should be mentioned here that corona infection is spreading rapidly not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. Therefore, the Kill Corona-3 campaign is being conducted till May 21 to break the chain of infection in rural areas. It has been started from Friday. As part of this campaign, ASHA worker screening and paramedical teams will work in rural areas. At the same time medicines will be distributed from house to house so that the chain of infection can be broken. Here, District Collector Avinash Lavaniya said that following the instructions received by the state government, orders to increase the Corona curfew by May 17 will be issued soon.
