Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Election: Election of 63 thousand 500 Panch-Sarpanch on Thursday, voting will be held at two thousand five centers

Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Election : Bhopal State Bureau. in Madhya Pradesh 200 thousand NaiDunia Local Voting for the vacant posts of Panch-Sarpanch will be held from 7 am to 3 am on Thursday. Voting will be done for the post of Sarpanch and district member through electronic voting machine. Whereas, for the post of Panch, voting will be done through ballot paper. Two thousand five centers have been made for voting.

State Election Commission Secretary Rakesh Singh said that General and bye-elections are being conducted for thousand 582 posts. Similarly, elections are being held for nine posts of Sarpanch 200 and Janpad Panchayat member. All its preparations have been done. The polling parties have reached the centres.

The counting of votes for the five posts will take place at the polling station itself immediately after the close of the poll. Whereas, the counting of votes for the post of Sarpanch and Janpad Panchayat member will be done on January 9 from 8 am at the development block headquarters and the results will be declared on January 9.
