Mahakal Darshan: Jyotirlinga Mahakal temple devotees will not be able to take mobile inside the temple from Tuesday. The temple administration has banned the devotees from carrying mobiles inside the temple from the point of view of security and order. About 15 thousand mobile lockers have been installed at the main entrances for the convenience of the devotees. Mobile will be allowed during Bhasma Aarti Darshan.

Temple Administrator Sandeep Kumar Soni told that on Monday, Shri Mahakal Mahalok’s Maan Sarovar area, Gate No. 4 and put in front of the administrative office went. Along with this, state-of-the-art counters have also been made, where the devotees coming to keep their mobiles will be provided with photo ID slips. The name, address, mobile number and photo of the devotee will be mentioned on this slip. All this information will be available on the slip in the form of QR code.

After visiting Mahakal, when the visitors come to collect the mobile, then the employee will scan the QR code and hand over the mobile after matching the photo. . The administrator told that with this arrangement the problem of theft of mobiles of the devotees will be negligible. The facility of keeping mobile in the locker is completely free.

Because the committee does not have enough lockers in terms of the number of devotees. Secondly, it will take a long time to arrange for keeping mobiles in the locker and returning them. This will lead to crowding at the counters and create chaos. If the temple committee had to start this arrangement, then 15 had to fix the time after January.
