Under the guidance of BJP District President Narendra Rajput, Divisional President and District Vice President Advocate Sushil Rai reached village Nunkhan, Chatia, Vinodi and discussed the laborers working in MNREGA. He distributed masks to all laborers. Shri Rai said that the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had also provided employment to all the Panchayats through MNREGA during the Corona period last year. This year too, all the panchayats are being given employment through MNREGA. He said that all the corona vaccines should be provided.

BJP district president handed over demand letter to cabinet minister, demand to increase facilities in health centers

BJP district president Narendra Singh Rajput has submitted a letter of demand to Cabinet Minister Arvind Singh Bhadauria, seeking to increase facilities in community health centers, including the district hospital, amidst a deepening corona crisis in the district. In a letter to the cabinet minister, demanding to install a CT scan machine at the community health center Shahpura, including the district hospital, it was told that patients have to travel long distances to Jabalpur or Shahdol for this facility. In the letter, for better treatment of patients’ precision, it was demanded to install digital x-ray machine in the district hospital and to arrange for the operator to run the sonography machine in the district hospital.

Demand to include journalists in Corona Warrior

It was told in the letter that there is a sonography machine in the hospital, but it is closed due to no operator. The letter also mentioned that due to the transfer of the Chief Medical Health Officer in the district to Umaria district two months ago, the medical services in the district were getting badly affected. With the posting of CMHO, there was a demand for posting of Doctor, Lab Technician. In the letter, apart from providing essential medicines in Ayurveda and Homeopathic hospital, there has been a demand to include journalists of the district in the Corona warrior.

Committee should be constituted at district and gram panchayat level

The letter also mentioned that the participation of people from the social sector is very important due to the increasing Corona infection. A crisis management committee has been set up at the district level, along with it a crisis management committee should be set up at the district and village panchayat level, so that the work can be conducted in a systematic and transparent manner. It was informed that the names of the members of Deendayal Antyodaya Committee have been sent to the State Office, Bhopal. The committee should be proposed from the government level and it was demanded to be included in the Corona Transition Committee at the village panchayat level.
