MP Health News: National Health Mission to recruit 2500 nurses in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh Health News: Bhopal, Navdunia representative. The MP unit of National Health Mission (NHM) is recruiting 2500 nurses. They will be posted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, infant ward and other places. They are likely to be appointed within two months. NHM Director Dr. Pankaj Shukla said that 10 percent additional marks will be given to the nurses who have worked in Kovid.

Patients will get a big benefit from their appointment. Increasing beds in hospitals will become easier. Apart from this, the patients admitted in the ward will also get facility. At present, only one nurse lives in a ward at many places, while a 30-bed ward should have at least three nurses.

This will benefit from the recruitment of nurses

In the possible third wave of corona, it will help to increase different categories of beds for the treatment of patients.

Some of these nurses can be posted in Emergency Medical Unit, Trauma Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit by giving special training.

They can also be posted in urban primary health centers.

Contract health workers union was demanding additional marks

The NHM Contractual Employees Union was demanding to give additional marks during the policies in the Health Department to the employees doing duty on various posts during the Corona transition. The Sangh had raised this demand prominently during the recent agitation. This is the reason why they are being given extra marks in recruitment.

Recruitment is also being done on the posts of ANM

Dr Shukla said that recruitment has also been started on the posts of ANM. After their posting, treatment in rural areas will become easier. They will be posted in new sub health centers. The work of this vaccination will be better. There will be no problem in opening new sub health centers in future.
