Not only this, under the guise of a veil, he also took the oath of the post of Sarpanch. Anita, in whose name Vinita contested the election, has been living in Rajasthan for almost 15 years. He also lodged a complaint in this regard with the Collector. The matter came to the fore when a defeated candidate filed a petition before the Indore Bench of the MP High Court. The court has issued a notice to the Election Commission and asked how such a big mess happened. The next hearing 13 is on September.

case of Rajgarh district The gram panchayat belongs to Bhilkheda. The post of sarpanch in this panchayat was reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Tribes category. Advocate Manish Vijayvargiya told that a woman from Other Backward Classes named Vinita Rohela contested the election in the name of a woman named Anita. For this, Vineeta had pasted her photo on Anita’s Aadhar card. He had given an affidavit before the Election Commission that he belonged to the Scheduled Tribe category. The commission accepted the nomination of the woman on the basis of the affidavit. Vinita, who became Anita in the election, won the post of Sarpanch. When Anita living in Rajasthan came to know about this, she also lodged an objection before the collector. Here, the defeated candidate Rajalbai filed a petition in the High Court through Advocate Vijayvargiya. After hearing the arguments of the petitioner, the court has issued notice to the Election Commission and the District Election Officer and asked them to respond in this matter.

false affidavit There is also an allegation of giving – Vinita Rohela is also accused of submitting a false affidavit before the Election Commission in the petition. According to Vijayvargiya, Vinita had told herself in the affidavit that she belonged to the Scheduled Tribes category, while she belonged to the Rohela community. This society has been kept in the OBC list in the list issued by the Government of MP.
