Relief minister tweeted on property tax and water bill surcharge in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal. The Madhya Pradesh government has given relief in property tax (property tax), water bills and rent of urban bodies property in view of the Corona period.

Urban Administration Minister Bhupendra Singh has given this information by tweeting. According to him, the department has issued instructions to this effect. Bhupendra Singh said that the surcharge for the outstanding water bill up to Rs 10,000 was completely waived. 75 percent rebate in surcharge will be given on arrears ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.50,000.

The surcharge on arrears above this has been halved. All these exemptions will be available only in those cases in which the outstanding bill will be paid by 31 August 2021.
