The officers of the corporation are claiming that the system of water drainage from storm water line on BRTS and other roads of the city is better.
The reality is that the problem of water logging on BRTS still remains. Roads get filled with little rain. On receiving a complaint of water logging on the road in front of Mata Gujri School between Bhawanrakuan to Rajiv Gandhi intersection on BRTS, Zone on the MAC 08 zonal officer Gitesh Tiwari arrived and he improved the system of water drainage by removing the garbage from the chambers built there. Apart from this, after reaching the problem of water logging in Dhanwantri Nagar, arrangements were made for drainage by making a raw drain.

The complaint of a tree falling near Tezpur disturbance reached the corporation control room.
Water tanker overturned during rain
