Jabalpur News : Jabalpur (Naiduniya Representative). The High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the reply presented by the state government in the case of auto operation against the rules. Commenting strongly in the open court, the court said that the Transport Secretary, Transport Commissioner and RTO Jabalpur have failed to perform their duties. On the clear request of the court, the government made an undertaking that every day from today 582 illegally operated and overloaded autos Will be caught Taking the reply of the government on record, a division bench of Chief Justice Ravi Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra directed to present the action taken report on the affidavit till the next hearing. The next hearing of the case will be on 33 Feb.

The High Court said that the case for the last years is going on and nothing concrete has been done in the name of action. The ground problem remains the same. Government is misleading by presenting paper reports :
