Former professor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National Journalism University, editor of ‘Employment and Construction’ newspaper, Prof. Pushpendra Pal Singh died of a heart attack on Tuesday morning. Prof. Pushpendra Pal Singh was also the President of MP Chapter of Public Relations Society of India (PRSI). He was popularly known as ‘PP Sir’ among his students. He has helped countless journalism students to get suitable employment apart from studies. Apart from this, he also had a deep attachment to literary-cultural activities. An able, simple and hard working personality, who was given any responsibility, he did it with excellence. Pushpendra Pal Singh ji was an institution of journalism in himself, he created many students of journalism in the state and outside the state. The passing away of an able Guru, popularly known as ‘PP Sir’ among the students, came as a shock. I pray to God to give the late Pushpendra Pal Singh ji a place in his holy feet and strength to his family members to bear this deep sorrow. He will always be in our hearts through his works and thoughts.
