MP State Bar Council: Stamp on registration of new advocates

Jabalpur, New Dunia Rep. Nomination Committee-B of MP State Bar Council 350 nominated new advocates . Council Secretary Prashant Dubey informed that committee chairman Manish Tiwari, members Prem Singh Bhadauria and Shailendra Verma have nominated new advocates after considering the applications from all over the state. Provisional certificates have been uploaded on the council’s website immediately after allotting their enrollment numbers to the new advocates by the council, so that the new advocates can fill the online form of All India Bar Examination. Court No. deadlock ends: Court No. of Madhya Pradesh High Court stalemate Friday, ended after a meeting between the Justice and the Bar office bearers on September 2021. With this, now all the local lawyers have become free to plead in the court number 17 . Manish Tewari, Secretary, High Court Bar Association, Jabalpur gave this information. He apprised that besides him in the meeting, High Court Bar President Raman Patel, Senior Vice President Paritosh Trivedi, Vice President Shambhudayal Gupta, Co-Secretary Pankaj Tiwari, Treasurer OP Agnihotri, Library Secretary Pramendra Sen, Executive Members Yogesh Soni, Manoj Kumar Rajak, Ajitesh Tiwari, Priyanka Mishra, Yash Soni, Sangeeta Naidu and Ajay Shukla were present. The talks were carried on in an amicable manner. Ultimately mutual differences were resolved and decided to end the boycott of Court No. 17 Gaya.
