Live MP Budget 2001 Session: Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh’s Finance Minister Jagdish Deora will present the budget in the Vidhansabha at 20 today. This is the last budget of the fourth term of the CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan government. Before the assembly elections, the government can announce many schemes in this budget. The special thing is that this will be the first paperless budget i.e. e-budget of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly. The Finance Minister will read the budget speech from the tablet and the MLAs will also have tablets during this period. A copy of the pen drive will be given to the officials and others. Finance Minister Jagdish Deora left his residence at around nine in the morning and reached the assembly. Before leaving home, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora said that all-round development of the state is taking place under the leadership of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Today’s budget will benefit the public and cover all sections of the society. This is the ‘budget for development’. This budget is in line with the Prime Minister’s vision ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’. Cabinet meeting is going on in the office. In which the budget speech will be approved. Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan, the meeting of the Council of Ministers started with Vande Mataram song in Vidhansabha (Kailash) committee room number 1.

Since it is an election year, the state government may announce many populist schemes in this budget. Apart from this, budget provision will also be made for other schemes affecting large sections including Ladli Bahna, Pradhan Mantri Awas Urban and Rural, Naljal Yojana.
