Jabalpur News: 10.81 MT liquid oxygen consignment reached Jabalpur

Jabalpur, AboutGyan Representative. These days the Railway Oxygen Express is running to deliver oxygen to the people fighting Corona infection in the city. For the eighth time, the Oxygen Tanker City was installed with the help of Oxygen Express. This tanker contained 10.81 metric tonnes of liquid oxygen, which would relieve people’s breath.

Departing from Bokaro, the Oxygen Express reached the city. Oxygen tanker was unloaded by special ramp constructed at Bhedaghat station. During this, officers of West Central Railway were present at Bhedaghat station. The city has received a consignment of about 10.81 MT of liquid oxygen from the new tanker. This will improve oxygen supply in the region. Corona will help in the treatment of patients.

A tanker transported to Jabalpur from Katni: Green corridor was built from Bokaro to Kotshila, Jharsuguda, Bilaspur, New Katni Junction via Jabalpur and Sagar for quick delivery of Oxygen Express. This Oxygen Express had 02 tankers with roll on and roll off, which brought 21.63 MT liquid medical oxygen. A tanker came to Bhedaghat from New Katni. The second tanker Sagar (Makaronia) has been sent. So far, 361.19 metric tonnes of liquid medical oxygen has been supplied in 32 tankers through the railways through 10 Oxygen Express in the state.

6260 Metric Tonnes of Oxygen Delivered: Patients were given a new breath with the Oxygen Express from Bokaro on lack of oxygen in the corona epidemic. Transportation has continued since then. It is also a coincidence that the train carrying the tanker on Wednesday is the tenth Oxygen Express coming in the state. This train is the 100th Oxygen Express of Railways in the country. In all, the Railways have so far transported 6260 metric tonnes of liquid medical oxygen through Oxygen Express in different states of the country.
