The cleaner was taken out alive: According to the information, a trolley was coming towards Damoh from Chhatarpur road with goods. In Keolari village between Buxwaha and Batiyagarh, the trolley went out of control near the bridge without railing and fell into the river below the bridge. The trolley had turned completely upside down, the material kept in it also remained in the trolley itself. In this accident, both the trolley driver Shakurrana and the cleaner Saddam Hussein were buried under the vehicle. After getting the information from Batiagarh police, TI Manish Mishra along with the police force reached the spot and mobilized local resources, so that
the driver and cleaner inside the truck could be saved. After about two hours of rescue, the cleaner was brought out alive, but the truck driver had died on the spot. The injured cleaner was first brought to the Batiagarh health center for treatment and was referred to the district hospital there when his condition was critical, but he also died a few minutes after reaching Damoh.
Demand for railing: TI Mishra said that he had reached the spot as soon as he got the information and he pulled out the truck driver and cleaner, but The driver had died on the spot. The cleaner was in an injured condition, he was sent to the district hospital, but he also died. At the same time, the local people have demanded to put a railing on this bridge so that such accidents do not happen in the future.
