Madhya Pradesh Junior Lawyers Association has questioned whether the Vice Chancellor of Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur has given reasons against an advocate. Show notice issued. The advocate against whom the show cause notice was issued had submitted a complaint alleging corruption against an associate professor of the university. But instead of taking action against the associate professor, a show cause notice was issued to the complainant advocate. Since this attitude is unfair and illegal, Madhya Pradesh Junior Lawyers Association demands that the Vice-Chancellor should immediately apologize to the advocate and speed up the investigation against the Associate Professor accused of corruption.

The office bearers of the organization, Advocates Ashish Trivedi, Aseem Trivedi, Anand Shukla, Devendra Singh Thakur, Sachin Pandey, Sandeep Shukla, Sanjay Sharma, Pankaj Tiwari and others said that advocate Achyut Tiwari had complained against Associate Professor Manvendra Tiwari of the university. But Vice Chancellor Prof. V Nagaraj, bypassing the complaint, handed over the notice to the complainant itself. If the mistake is not rectified within a week, the effigy of the Vice-Chancellor will be burnt. Prashant Awasthi, Senior Vice President of the High Court Bar Association, has condemned the conduct of the Vice-Chancellor while supporting the demand of Junior Lawyers.
