The court said that the investigation is going on, in the meantime the FIR cannot be registered.

Illegal financial transactions of Rs 1.98 crore were done in the account of the credit cooperative society Bhageh Putti, affiliated to the District Co-operative Central Bank. The matter was investigated by the Deputy Commissioner Cooperatives. The investigation found that the committee had committed financial transactions in a wrong way. In the investigation Vinod Agarwal Accounts Cell in-charge of District Co-operative Central Bank, Clerk Siddharth Sharma, Clerk Nooril Khan, Clerk Siddharth Rathore, Pichore Branch Manager Ganga Singh, Purushottam Srivastava, Vipendra Sahu Computer Operator, Committee Manager Nirmal Rajoria, Bhageh Committee Manager Pankaj Bhargava. pleaded guilty. Joint Director Cooperative had ordered FIR along with taking action under the service conditions. The compliance report was sought in 15 days, but this matter was challenged by Siddharth Sharma in the High Court. The petitioner’s advocate Ravindra Dixit argued that the investigation is going on, but the FIR cannot be registered during the investigation. The court has stayed the order of the FIR.
