Bhopal News: MD asked the CEO of Bhopal Milk Union – why did not apply caveat in court

Bhopal (New World Representative). In the Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union, the labor contract supplying firm has become a noose for some officers. In this matter again, the MD of the Milk Federation, Mohammad Shamimuddin, has issued a show cause notice to the CEO of Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union. In which it is asked why the caveat was not imposed by the union in the court. This caveat was to be made in respect of the stay petition filed by the said contract labor firm, which was not filed even knowingly by the then CEO. The contract labor firm has got the benefit of this.
Actually Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union needs workers. Their number is 1000 to 1200. This labor is supplied by M/s Gopal Vishwas contract firm. In return, the union pays 10 to 11 per cent service fee to the said firm. Whereas in lieu of this work, only one to 1.5 percent service fee is being given to the firms supplying contract labor by Ujjain Indore, Jabalpur, Sagar Milk Union. On an average, Bhopal union is paying 9 percent service fee more than other unions. In this way, in the last 10 years, Rs 66 crore has been paid to the said firm. Work is being done from the same firm for 10 years, action was taken to remove it. But the said firm had brought a moratorium on behalf of Cooperative Bhopal for the last few years, on which the union had taken objection. After the objection of the union, the moratorium was lifted 4 months ago and tenders were called for a fresh contract supply firm in the union. Meanwhile, the contract labor supply firm that got paid more complained at the higher level. From there the matter was again sent to the Co-operative Court, Bhopal and then the said court has given an adjournment. The hearing of both the parties was on 19 April in this entire matter. In which the firm had already given its side, but the then CEO of Bhopal Co-operative Milk Union also had to present its side, in the past the caveat had to be imposed which was not imposed.
