Indore News: Doing government work in Hindi is the true service of the country – Hariram Vajpayee

Indore News: Indore, Naiduniya Representative. After independence, Hindi language was given the status of official language in the constitution of the country. For its use, the Government of India framed the Official Language Act rules, so that work is done in Hindi in the offices, undertakings and nationalized banks of the Government of India. Due to this, it becomes the duty of the employees to fulfill the constitutional responsibility. Retired Official Language Officer Hariram Vajpayee said this in a Hindi workshop organized at the Indore office of Power Grid Corporation.

He further said that doing work in Hindi is a true service to the country. It has been more than years since we became independent. Now English should be used only when it is very necessary. In China, Japan, Germany, Korea, Arab countries, work is done in their language only. To work in these countries, it is mandatory to know the language there. General Manager Arvind Khare welcomed the guests while giving details of the work being done by the organization in Hindi. During this, Deputy General Manager Sandeep Khandare, Khushbu Ojha, Imran Khan and other participants asked many questions, which were answered by Hariram Bajpai. During this other people were also present.
