There is a lack of blood in the blood bank. Here, 170 children suffering from Thalassemia require blood every fifteen to twenty days. Explain that after the last dose of corona vaccine, no person can donate blood for the next 28 days. Vaccination is necessary and also to provide blood to the needy, hence there is a huge shortage of blood in the blood bank in these conditions of curfew. Dr. Sangeeta Gupta said that she and her associates are constantly motivating the youth to donate blood. In this episode, camps have been organized in the last three days in Unhel, Agar, Nalkheda, Chakravada. The camp is scheduled to be held at Susner on 9 May, Badnagar on 11 May, Khacharaud on 13 May. We have 2 vehicles, in which all the facilities for donating blood are available. Those whose organization or society has to get blood donation camp, they can call on mobile number 62605 99113. There are currently 253 units of blood in the blood bank
It has been told that at present there are 243 units of blood in the blood bank of the district hospital. This blood has also been collected from the blood donation made by 243 youths in the last seven days. Prior to the Corona curfew, there were usually 350 to 400 units of blood in the blood bank every day. Here Dipesh Jain, Palash Jain, Rajat Mehta are constantly motivating the youth for blood donation. Madhav Seva Trust, Rakt Mitra and Ujjayini Rakta Sanchar Sanstha are also doing awareness work.
