Ichhawar Drinking water problem is increasing in hot summer. Due to which the normal routine of any normal person gets disturbed, but people are facing this problem often. The problem is exacerbated when departmental officers also adopt a avoidable attitude rather than a diagnosis. People are facing the same problem in village Mogra of Ichawar block of the district. Residents here are forced to bring water from a well, a kilometer away from the village.

Women and children fill water by putting their lives at risk. Water is poured into the well by the motor. And many times the motor is not running, then the water from the well is filled by rope. Small children and women risk their lives and drain water from the well. Rural Zuned Khan said that the water problem in our village has taken a formidable form. From 6 am here, women, children and men get involved in water jugaad. They are busy filling water throughout the day. At the same time, Akbar Khan said that he has conveyed many times to the administration, including the Panchayat Secretary, about the water problem, but the problem remains the same. Villagers like Abdul Shakur, Rohit Nagar etc. said that the officers pleaded, but this attitude of departmental officers is causing trouble for the common people, and there is also the issue of anger among the villagers. People say that even in such heat they are not getting any water to drink. The villagers demand that they be provided with drinking water so that people do not have to be forced to bring water from many kilometers away in such hot weather.

In view of the problem, tubewells have been installed in the village pond for the villagers and sufficient water has also come out. The pipeline excavation work will be started very soon.
