MP News: Case against Congress leader Digvijay Singh in three cities for objectionable tweet regarding former Sarsanghchalak Golwalkar

MP News: Bhopal (Team Naiduniya). Criminal cases have been registered against senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh in Indore, Rajgarh and Guna. He has been accused of tweeting unrestrainedly with the picture of Madhavrao Sadashivrao Golwalkar, former Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh . The case was registered late Saturday night at Tukoganj police station in Indore. On the other hand, a case was registered on Sunday at Kotwali police station of Rajgarh and Cantt police station of Guna, the home district of Digvijay Singh.

High Court lawyer Rajesh Joshi filed a complaint in Indore. In this, Digvijay Singh was accused of tarnishing the image of RSS and inciting religious sentiments through his tweet.

Along with broadcast unrestrained talk

According to the complaint, Digvijay Singh has broadcast unrestrained talk on Twitter with Guru Golwalkar’s picture. Digvijay Singh allegedly falsely mentions Guru Golwalkar’s book at the top by writing RSS Chief with his picture.

Case after seeing the screen shot of the tweet

After seeing the screen shot of the tweet, the police filed a case against Digvijay Singh on the basis of religion, caste, place of birth, residence, language etc. But registered a case under sections of promoting enmity between different groups and making statements with intent to disturb harmony, forgery, defamation, incitement.

Rajgarh and Guna In case also

In these sections, a case was registered against Digvijay Singh in Kotwali police station of Rajgarh. The complaint was made by Anshul Tiwari, former state vice president of BJYM. On the other hand, the Cantt police station of Guna, his home district, has registered an FIR against Digvijay Singh on the complaint of Keshav Sharma, a resident of Cantt, associated with a Hindu organization.

Digvijay Singh’s Facebook Account information sought Indore Police has started investigation against former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh. According to TI Kamlesh Sharma, Digvijay Singh had written the post on Facebook. According to TI, the police is probing the Facebook account on which the post regarding Golwalkar has been made.

Digvijay praised Modi-Shah, said- I am your fan because I did not reconcile with ideology Amit Shah was praised on Sunday. He tweeted that I am and will be a critic of both of you, but because you never compromised on your ideology, that’s why I am a fan. Through praise of both, he also targeted the leaders who left the Congress and went to the BJP without naming them.

Addressing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, he tweeted that You are gathering a group of traitors who have lost power, who used to abuse you after drinking water, are praising you today. The day both of you get down from the chair, all these traitors will be the first to leave you and run away. Those who supported you in bad times, today they all sat at home. Will you fight with the army of traitors, leaving the army of the self-righteous? Both of you are making a big mistake. I am and will be a critic of both of you, but you have never compromised with your ideology (which I am fundamentally opposed to), so I am also a fan.
