The friends in the car told the police that Rahul Dohre was talking to his girlfriend on video call. When the girlfriend refused to meet, Rahul Dohre disconnected the phone saying that I am leaving forever. After this he remained calm for some time and after that he took the car at a high speed and jumped the car in the lake. Please tell that Rahul had died in this accident. There two friends are safe. Me, Rahul and Neetu were in a double omni car on the night of 1st May. Rahul and Neetu drank alcohol in the car itself. As soon as he got intoxicated, Rahul remembered his girlfriend. After this night .72 o’clock Rahul called his girlfriend. There was a conversation between the two. He also video called her. Told him – I am going to die. If you don’t come, I will drop my car in Gauri Sarovar. I will not die alone, two friends will also die with me. You will be infamous after this incident. The girl did not agree. After this, Rahul turned the car on the road of Gauri Talab via the petrol pump near Gauri Sarovar. Here Rahul stopped the car for a few minutes and kept talking to the girl. I was sitting on the back seat. Rahul was driving the car and Neetu was sitting on the seat next to Rahul. When things got worse between Rahul and his girlfriend, he put the car in gear and, keeping his foot on the accelerator, drove towards Gauri Sarovar at a high speed. I understood that Rahul would drop the car in the water. I opened the car gate and fell on the bank of the pond. He got hurt on his head as soon as he fell. Neetu sitting on the front seat also jumped. I was nervous. After this accident, I ran straight home from there. I didn’t tell anyone anything. Police engaged in the investigation of the case
After the incident, Rahul’s brother, his mother and other relatives gathered information by reaching the police station. Police has told about suicide in love affair. However, the family members are raising many questions in front of the police. The police is looking into the whole matter by linking it to suicide. Kotwali police station in-charge Shiv Singh Yadav says that two companions of the deceased were traveling in the car. Police took statements from both the companions. Both told that Rahul was talking to a girl on mobile, then he jumped the car into Gauri Sarovar. Discussion is on to corroborate the statements of both the friends. Something will be clear only after investigation.
