Bhopal (Navduniya representative). Water supply has become normal in the middle Kolar area. The Municipal Corporation has canceled the contract of Tapi Pristed and handed over the entire work to Chematek Company. Corporation officials said that negligence was being done in the water supply being done by Tapi in the Kolar area. Now regular and pure water will be supplied in the area. One, the company was supplying dirty water. At the same time, complaints were being received about the water pressure not being good and not supplying water on time. The Company was not providing regular water supply in Kolar area. Despite paying for the chemical, impure water was being supplied to the residents by the company concerned. Due to this the tender of the company has been cancelled. These works have been done in accordance with the rules. Garg termed all the allegations leveled by the company as baseless.

Tapi will go to court against Municipal Corporation

On the other hand, the officials of Tapi Priest have to say in the whole matter that if there was any kind of complaint, then the tender would have been canceled according to the conditions. Why was the tender canceled without any conditions? Ankit Nigam, the company’s project manager in Bhopal, said that the municipal corporation is taking ex-parte action to benefit Chematek. We are opposing this process of canceling the tender by going against the rules. For this, preparations are being made to go to the High Court against the Municipal Corporation.

Tender has been canceled due to lapses in the work of Tapi and negligence in water supply. The company to whom the water supply system has been entrusted under the Kerwa project has been given the work under the rules.
