According to the entrepreneurs, due to the lockdown implemented from April 16, the industries have lost about one and a half thousand crore rupees. There are about 500 small and big industries operating in the city with an annual turnover of around Rs 1 lakh crore. 56 thousand 542 people have been directly employed by these industries. So the same more than 20 thousand people have got indirect employment. But these days Corona has put most of the workers home during the crisis. The reason for this is the failure of factories to run at full capacity.
