Lumpi Virus in Khandw: Khandwa (Naiduniya Representative). Three thousand doses of Gote Pox Vaccine have arrived for the animals affected by the symptoms of lumpy skin disease. Veterinary hospital will start planting it from Saturday. Animals were reported to be sick in Borgaon before the disease hit the district. After this, animals were found affected in Rajora. Now animals suffering from this disease have also been found in Aarud and Kumthi. In four villages 53 animals are sick. Of these got healthy and one died.
The government has already banned the animal haat market a week ago. To Veterinarians In August, information about having symptoms of lumpy skin disease was received in Borgaon. After that by taking samples of animals 26 were sent to Bhopal on Aug. So far total 53 samples have been sent but even one Sample report 26 received by August not done. Veterinarians are treating only on the basis of symptoms. First of all, the animals of Borgaon and Rajora of Pandhana block will be vaccinated. After this, the staff will reach Kumthi and Aarud. 38 doses can be applied from one vial. An animal will be given a dose of 3 ml. Vaccines will be taken after survey within a radius of ten kilometers of all villages. )
It is an infectious disease in animals. which quickly spreads to other animals. The cows and buffaloes are most affected by this.
