Mahakal temple will be the first temple in the country for which the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Government of India) organization for Laddu Prasad. Hygiene rating will be provided by FSSAI. Cleanliness and purity are taken care of in the laddu manufacturing unit of the temple. All food safety standards are followed. Here laddus are made from pure ghee, gram gram flour and dry fruits. Similarly, hygiene rating will also be given to the free Anna Kshetra of Mahakal temple. Mahakal temple will be the first temple in the state and the third temple in the country, whose Anna area will be given hygiene rating. And after examining the Anna area, giving hygiene rating there. Under this, on Friday, the auditor and food safety officer of the FSSAI organization inspected the laddu manufacturing unit of Mahakal temple, Chintaman and free Anna Kshetra. After the inspection of both the places, the officials seemed satisfied about the arrangement.

The laddu manufacturing unit of Mahakal temple is fully taken care of cleanliness and purity. All standards of food safety are followed in the unit.

gram flour is prepared from pulses at the manufacturing unit itself by purchasing pulses for purity. Medical checkups of employees are done. Regular pest control is done. Employees are given training in food hygiene and manufacturing. During the manufacturing packing of Laddu Prasad by the employees, the work is done by wearing head cap, gloves, etc.
The food area will also get rating
Food Officer Devaliya told that in the same way the officers inspected the free food area of Mahakal temple. The arrangement of Anna Kshetra of the temple is also good. Mahakal temple will be the first temple in the state and the third temple in the country, whose Anna Kshetra will be given hygiene rating.
