Narsinghpur News: Narsinghpur, Naiduniya Representative. The demand for capital punishment for the accused who raped a girl in Gadarwara and for running a bulldozer on her house has gained momentum . Along with the Sarva Brahmin Mahasabha in Gadarwara on Saturday, people of all sections unitedly protested against the incident. Gave a memorandum to the Tehsildar regarding confiscating the property of the accused, running a bulldozer on his house, taking the case on a fast track and demanding that he be hanged at the earliest. Along with this, the advocates were also demanded that they should not follow the accused of rape, they should get the harshest punishment. On Saturday afternoon, Sarva Brahmin Mahasabha and representatives of all classes reached the Tehsil office and protested against the incident. After discussing the incident of extremely sensitive rape in Gadarwara, declaring it as a sensational case, raised the demand to punish the accused with harshest punishment. In the memorandum, the citizens said that we all are hurt by the incident that happened with the year old girl. The said girl belongs to a very poor family, she does not have a father, there is only mother and victim in the family. In the said incident, the accused Rajendra Kuchbandia forcibly raped the said girl by showing her a revolver. Due to which not only the family members of that girl but also the residents of Gadarwara are in extreme panic. Because this incident can happen to anyone anytime. Because such rapists are sitting in ambush in the poor society.
Accused of hooligan tendency:
Citizens said that the said criminal is of extreme hooligan tendency on whom many crimes are registered. If the said criminal is released from jail or released on bail, he can definitely commit a serious crime by putting the victim’s family in fear or can influence the witnesses in the case against him. Due to which there is a possibility of more rape cases in the society. The said case is very sensitive, therefore, the investigation of the case should be completed at the earliest so that further advance action can be taken in the said case. Get the challan presented in the court as soon as possible so that the above case can be processed for evidence as soon as possible. If there is a lot of delay in the investigation of the said case, then the accused and his family can vitiate the investigation of the entire case by pressurizing the victim and her family. This matter should be put on the fast track and as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, action should be taken to demolish the house of the accused with bulldozers. Representatives of all religions and women were prominently present while giving the memorandum. Women said that such poor people should be hanged.
