CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself will see the problems of investors, will get them diagnosed

Bhopal (State Bureau). Investment proposals in Madhya Pradesh are being monitored after the Global Investors Summit held in Indore last month. It is being followed up continuously. Departments were assigned its responsibility. On the other hand, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself will look into the problems of the investors. In fact, a separate window ‘How Can I Help You’ has been created for problem solving on the Invest MP portal, which is being monitored by the Chief Minister. Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation has started work regarding this. Information related to investment will be uploaded by the departments on the portal. The work of uploading the information of the projects is still in the initial stage. Madhya Pradesh Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department (MPSIDC) will act as the nodal agency among various departments. Please tell that in the Global Investor Summit held in Indore lakh Investment proposals worth Rs. 2019 thousand 2019 crores were received.

Apart from the follow up, the state government has also prepared a grievance redressal mechanism so that the problems of the investors can be resolved on priority. This system will redress complaints at three levels. MPIDC will directly solve the problem. If not possible, the case will be given directly to the Regional Officer or it will be given to the Facilitation Team or Consultant. In both the cases, after solving the entire problem, information will be given to the concerned investor, only after that the case will be considered closed.

The experiment was unsuccessful

After the summit held in the previous years, senior officers of the level of Chief Secretary in the state were entrusted with the responsibility of following up the investment proposals. But this experiment was unsuccessful. In such a situation, the Chief Minister himself will see the progress report and will also monitor the solution.

Industrialists can also submit their problems on the portal

Enter on Invest MP Portal Industrialists can register their problems on this portal by visiting ‘How Can I Help You’ window. After this, a team of the government will meet the industrialist and try to solve the problem. Here, for the convenience of the industrialists, the Chief Minister has given permission for the industrial unit to do infrastructure work for three years in the industrial notified area without permission. Inspection will not be done in such unit for three years.
