Special Court Indore: Order to confiscate the property worth four crores of the doctor couple of Ujjain

Dr. Vinod Lahiri had died during the hearing of the case in the court. Along with the doctor couple, a case was also registered against the son-daughter – The special judge said in his order That the possession of the said movable and immovable property be handed over to the Collector, District Ujjain. Lokayukta Ujjain had registered a case against Nagda’s Dr. Vinod Lahiri, Dr. Vidya Lahiri along with their daughter Binny Lahiri and son Abhishek Lahiri. The case was of amassing disproportionate and disproportionate assets by the doctor couple by misusing their powers.
