Swachh Pratishthan Abhiyan started in Madhya Pradesh, winner will get 'Emblem of Cleanliness'

Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has appealed to the establishments to actively participate in the campaign. .

Establishments (private-government offices, banks, small and big shops) located in the city (private-government offices, banks, small shops, Showrooms, Hospitals, Dispensaries, Hotels, Restaurants, Schools). In clean terminology these are called Bulk Waste Generators. There will be a clean competition between them only. State level based on star rating of establishments Ranking will also be there.

Separate category ranking will be done in the Swachh Pratishthan Survey. In this, categories like Swachh Pathshala, Health Institutions, Hotel and Restaurant, Office, Hawkers Corner and Swachh Bazar etc. have been made. 582 Establishments located in urban bodies will be informed through internet media and other means. They will be informed about the survey process by interacting online.

In the first medium – Google link will be given, in which the establishment will have to upload the initial information. On the basis of this marks out of 100 will be given. In the second medium, a committee of public representatives, women, intellectuals and private organizations at the body level will visit the establishments and give them marks out of a hundred. In the third medium, feedback will be taken from the citizens regarding the cleanliness of the establishment. On the basis of which the institute will be given marks out of hundred. The ranking will be released on the basis of the average of the marks obtained in all the three mediums. District level ranking will be done in all categories on the basis of body level results of ranking.

Racking process will be transparent

Racking process has been made completely transparent. The visits, results etc. of the committee will be confidential. Feedbacks from citizens will be taken online. The winning establishments will be felicitated in the presence of public representatives. Not only this, the survey process will be monitored at the ministerial office and directorate level.
