While changing this system, the Railway Board had made the documents of railway officers, employees and pensioners online and also directed to issue rail passes online. Since then, offline rail passes were stopped. There was resentment among the pensioners about this arrangement. He said that he does not know much about online mediums. They do not even use online means, so they are facing problems in issuing e-railpasses online. Railway Board has understood this problem of pensioners and has given instructions to issue offline rail pass again. This facility is applicable only for pensioners and disabled railway passengers. Railway officers, employees still have to issue e-rail passes under the online system. In this regard, railway officials say that they will give instructions to the offices where offline rail passes are not being issued. No one will be allowed to be disturbed.
