Precautions
Extreme care had to be taken in watching this astronomical event in the sky. Never watch the eclipse with the naked eye because the strong rays of the sun can damage the eyes. Solar eclipses should not be viewed even with telescopes and sun-protecting glasses. To see this, only glasses with specially made solar filters should be used.
